Certifications further enhance her clinical expertise as a Sexual Assault Crisis Counselor and Life Coach and in evidence-based practices like Eye-Movement Desensitization Reprocessing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Interpersonal Psychotherapy, to note a few.

After years of working in public service, Dr. Gardner pivoted to entrepreneurship, founding Clinical Counseling with Tselane, where she blends her extensive clinical knowledge with holistic healing practices. Her specialties include Healing Hearts Christian Sound Bath Therapy, Women’s Life Coaching, Motivational Speaking, Mental Health Education, and Community Member Advocacy. Grounded in the scripture 1 Samuel 16:23, "And whenever the spirit from God came upon Saul, David would pick up his harp and play. Then Saul would find relief and feel better, and the spirit of distress would depart from him."  her Healing Hearts Christian Sound Bath Therapy creates a spiritually enriched, restorative environment for healing.

Dr. Gardner is also committed to Service Provider Wellness, offering innovative programs to combat occupational burnout, compassion fatigue, and vicarious trauma. Her practice integrates holistic approaches such as sound bath therapy and yoga, and her recent 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification adds another dimension to her offerings.

With her unique combination of clinical expertise and spiritual grounding, Dr. Gardner empowers individuals and communities, especially Service Providers and women, to cultivate resilience and find balance in their personal and professional lives.
